Prof. Dipankar Sinha

Prof. Dipankar Sinha is Professor of Political Science and former Director of the Centre for Social Sciences and Humanities at the University of Calcutta. His academic work primarily focuses on governance, development, media, and digital politics in the post-globalization era. With more than three decades of teaching and research experience, he has authored, co-authored, and edited several important academic books and has published extensively in national and international journals.

Prof. Sreeradha Datta

Prof. Sreeradha Datta teaches International Affairs at O.P. Jindal Global University and is also a Non-Resident Senior Fellow at the Institute of South Asian Studies, National University of Singapore. Her research interests include South Asia, India’s neighbourhood policy, Indo-Pacific studies, regionalism, and security studies. She has authored and edited several influential books on Bangladesh, regional cooperation, and India’s foreign policy, along with numerous scholarly articles and policy papers.

Prof. Yatindra Singh Sisodia

Prof. Yatindra Singh Sisodia is Director of the Madhya Pradesh Institute of Social Science Research (MPISSR), Ujjain. His academic interests include democracy, decentralised governance, electoral politics, tribal issues, and developmental challenges in India. He has authored and edited several books, completed numerous research projects for national institutions, and contributed significantly to research on Panchayati Raj, electoral studies, and grassroots democracy.

Amb. Pinak Ranjan Chakravarty

Ambassador Pinak Ranjan Chakravarty is a former Indian Foreign Service officer who served in several important diplomatic missions, including as High Commissioner to Bangladesh and Ambassador to Thailand. During his distinguished diplomatic career, he also served in key positions within the Ministry of External Affairs and contributed extensively to India’s public diplomacy initiatives. He regularly writes and comments on India’s foreign policy and international relations.

Prof. Samir Kumar Das

Prof. Samir Kumar Das is Professor of Political Science at the University of Calcutta and former Vice-Chancellor of the University of North Bengal. His research focuses on democratic governance, borders, migration, citizenship, and postcolonial politics. He has held academic positions and fellowships at several prestigious institutions in India and abroad and is widely recognised for his contributions to political theory and border studies.

Dr. Debashis Mitra

Dr. Debashis Mitra is Associate Professor of Political Science at Diamond Harbour Women’s University. His research primarily focuses on caste, social policy, marginality, and quantitative political analysis in South Asia. A recipient of prestigious fellowships and research grants, he has published in leading international journals and has over two decades of teaching, research, and doctoral supervision experience.

Amb. Ranjit Rae

Ambassador Ranjit Rae is a former Indian diplomat who retired from the Indian Foreign Service after serving as Ambassador to Nepal. He has held several important diplomatic and administrative positions, including Press Secretary to the President of India and Joint Secretary handling Nepal and Bhutan affairs. He continues to contribute to discussions on regional diplomacy, peace, and governance and has authored important works on India-Nepal relations.

Prof. Harsh V. Pant

Prof. Harsh V. Pant is Vice President for Studies at the Observer Research Foundation and Professor of International Relations at King’s College London. His research focuses on Indian foreign policy, Asian security, strategic affairs, and Indo-Pacific geopolitics. He has authored and edited several influential books and regularly contributes to leading international newspapers, journals, and policy discussions on global and regional affairs.

Dr. Sulagna Maitra

Dr. Sulagna Maitra is Lecturer in Humanitarian Action at University College Dublin and Coordinator of the International School on Addressing Gender-Based Violence in Emergencies. Her academic interests include humanitarian action, conflict resolution, gender-based violence, localization in humanitarian response, and reconciliation processes. She has been associated with several international academic and humanitarian initiatives and has contributed extensively to research and teaching in humanitarian studies.
